Terms & Condition

Points to Note while traveling to Havelock Island & Neil Island

💎 All the Ports in Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island do not have potter service hence it's better to carry a Minimum Luggage and leave the rest in the Respective hotel Clock Room in Port Blair.

💎 Room booking in each destination is as per the Check-in/out Times. Hence any delay in arrival and departure in each destination does not guarantee Room Occupation and additional sightseeing trips.

💎 Arrival and Departure to destinations are as per the availability of tickets in the cruise while conforming to the Package hence we might change this very program or shuffle to adjust those timings.

💎 The number of vehicles in the Islands are less compared to the number of tourists hence request your cooperation in case of delay and report to the concerned person.

💎 Boats for Elephant Beach are not on regular intervals, they are divided into different slots. Hence after reaching the Boarding area, the guest might have to wait for some time.

💎 In case the Elephant Beach is closed for some or other reason, then a trip to Kalapathar Beach will be arranged.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

💎 No rooms have been blocked till now and will be done only after confirmation.

💎 The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.

💎 All rooms are booked on Payment of advance and will not be changed after arrival.

💎 Under Ferry rates are inclusive of above mentioned Category.

💎 Only BSNL, Airtel & JIO mobile network works in Andaman.

💎 All hotels in Andaman have an early checkout time (Around 8:30 am or 9:00 am). Late checkout is subject to availability and on additional payment as per hotel policy. At Havelock Island & Neil Island if the ferry departs at noon guests could relax or take alternate tours on extra payment.

💎 If the class category is not available in Private Ferry then the next category charges will be extra

💎 The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.

💎 Compulsory Gala dinner supplement charges are applied on the evening of Christmas & New Year ( 24th December & 31st December), Guest/Clients need to pay extra charges as per hotel norms if it is not included in this Package cost.

💎 Note: The itinerary is tentative, the days and the timing may be changed depending upon the holidays, ferry, and boat availability. We will try our best to complete all the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary but don't take liability or responsibility for incomplete tours due to unavailability of ferry/boat tickets, holidays, delays by guests or flights, rough weather, cyclone, or any other similar unavoidable reason.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE

💎 Current government regulations require all guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. And the departure point for the Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) or Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island) Trip. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, or any other Identity Card issued by the Government of India with address proof.

💎 Pan Card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity as it doesn't carry an address proof.

💎 AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT WE NEED PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF OF ALL TRAVELLING PASSENGERS.

💎 Only those who accept the terms and conditions may book service with Andaman Trail Booking of tour package or any other service(s) with Andaman Trail would mean that the person who is booking (Client) accept the terms and conditions listed above and at the website https://www.andamantrail.com. This also would mean that the client has informed all the persons who are directly and indirectly taking the services of Andaman Trail

Payment Policy & Mode of Payment

💎 25% of the total amount should be paid for the confirmation of booking.

💎 The balance payment has to be cleared as installments or 7 days before the day of arrival either (by cheque, Net Banking, or Direct cash deposit).

💎 We accept only CASH payments or UPI if the balance payment is made at Port Blair.

💎 We won't accept cheques as a mode of payment at Port Blair in any circumstances.

Points For Consideration

💎 All the historical sites & Museums remain closed on National Holidays, and sometimes few sightseeing remain inaccessible during extreme weather conditions such sightseeing trips will either be reshuffled and accommodated somewhere else if not will be cancelled without any refund.

💎 Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are for the purpose of Packaging and we are not holding any rooms for this. Provision of hotels rooms will be as per the current availability.

💎 If the above-mentioned Hotels and rooms are not available, either we will provide an alternative hotel at the same cost or we will suggest alternatives with difference of pricing.

💎 Vehicles provided for the Tour are not on disposal Basis and are meant for sightseeing transfers only.

💎 Notes for the above Quotation Please note the quotation given above is with respect to the inquiry Send, and does not Guarantee any of the Service or Hotel Rooms. While Conforming In case of any changes in any of the Components like the Hotel, Hotel Room, class of travel in Cruise, or changes in sightseeing spots the Price is subject to Change. While interacting please do not ever change the Subject line of the mail and keep the same mail in the Loop, this will avoid future Confrontation if any.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

💎 A 5% retention of GST will be charged if the booking is cancelled any time after confirming the package.

💎 15 % of additional retention will be applicable if any Reservation cancelled before 30 days besides the GST charges.

💎 Any Reservation cancelled between 15 days to 25 days of arrival 50% retention will be charged.

💎 Any Reservation cancelled between 10 days to 15 days of arrival 80% retention will be charged.

💎 Reservation cancelled within 10 days of arrival 100% retention will be charged.

💎 No refund for cancellation received on bookings from 15th December to 15th January.

💎 In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to cancellation policy of the suppliers (Hotel, Ferry, Vehicle)/ vendors applicable to your particular arrangements.

💎 All refunds will be processed as and when refunds are received by the suppliers/ vendors (Hotel, Ferry, Vehicle) of service, the refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to Andaman Trail

💎 Customers are requested to provide correct information, in case wrong information is provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, Andaman Trail will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.

General Information

💎 The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability.

💎 If some of the museums stated on the first day of the itinerary remain unvisited due to lack of time then we will try to cover those on the last day but if due to lack of time or museum holiday if some museum remains unvisited even after the last day of the tour period then there will not be any reimbursement.

💎 All the museums are closed on Monday.

💎 If your arrival is on Monday, we will modify the itinerary to accommodate the above, but still some places may remain unvisited and we wont take responsibility of the same.

💎 All guests who are visiting Havelock, Neil Island, Ross Island, North Bay, Jollybuoy or Wandoor whether for a day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs.

💎 Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same.

💎 Please intimate and check your breakfast and lunchtime at the hotel, you may have to skip some complimentary breakfast or paid lunch at the hotel due to the sightseeing/tour timings.

💎 All hotels in Andaman have an early checkout time and late checkout is subject to availability.

Weather Policy

💎 Being an Island surrounded by Sea, the Wind direction plays an important role in the weather of the Andaman Islands and the Islands are susceptible to cyclonic Conditions.

💎 We believe in Safety and hassle-free moments for Guests, and until and unless we feel and we are comfortable enough to conduct a tour we will not recommend it.

💎 Sometimes due to high wind or wave conditions, boat operations may be cancelled suddenly.

💎 We will try to arrange alternate plans but require cooperation.

💎 If required, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons.

💎 Partial refunds will be provided as per services.

💎 10% service charge applicable for cancellation due to weather or personal reasons.
